A good prompt says what you want, for whom and in which format. The clearer the instruction, the better the answer. A finished solution also has a system prompt, the base instructions the model always receives.
Everything you write in the prompt is sent to the model and often to a service outside your organisation. So never enter personal data, trade secrets or customers' data in a general AI tool. It is one of the first things we bring up when we train staff.
