Prototype and MVP
We build a working prototype or MVP in weeks, tested with real users. Agents write, test and review the code against a spec. People steer and approve.
Who it is for
For you who know which workflow or product you want to start with and want to see it work for real before going all in. Maybe after a pre-study, maybe because the idea is already clear.
The build suits both when agents are to take over parts of a workflow in your business and when a language model is to be built into an app or a system you already have.
What you get
- Working prototypeA solution that can be used for real, not just pictures of it.
- Tested with real usersWe test with the people who will use the solution and adjust to what they say.
- Spec and documentationRequirements, decisions and code are documented, so you can keep building.
- Plan for productionWhat it takes to go into production, with scope and cost.
How it works
Spec
We write down what to build and how we know that it works.
Build
Agents write and test the code against the spec. Every change is reviewed before it goes in.
Test
Real users try the solution and we fix what does not hold up.
Handover
You get the code, the documentation and a plan for the road to production.
Who does the work
Robert leads the build and reviews everything the agents produce. The code lives in your repository from day one and no change goes in without review and approval.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to do a pre-study first?
No. If you already know which workflow you want to start with, we do a shorter mapping as part of the build and set a fixed price after it.
Who owns the code?
You do. The source code lives in your repository from day one. Instructions, agent workflows and specs are handed over with documentation.
What happens when the prototype is done?
You decide. The solution can go on to production with us, with your own team or with someone else.
