What the site collects

No forms on the site collect personal data today. The contact form, the guide and the newsletter open later and we update this page before anything is collected.

We do not use web analytics such as Google Analytics. Nor do we use any tools for ads or tracking. Fonts, images and films are loaded from activator.se, so your browser does not contact any third party until you click play on a video or a podcast episode.

Videos and some podcast episodes play from YouTube, Spotify or the service that hosts the audio file. Only when you click play does your browser contact that service, which then receives your IP address among other things and may set its own cookies. The YouTube player then also contacts other Google domains.

Like every web server, our server receives the technical details your browser sends in order to show the page, such as IP address and type of browser. We do not use them to identify you.

When you email or call us

If you get in touch with us we process what you choose to share, such as name, email address, phone number and your message. We use the details to reply to you and handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions and keeping in touch with customers. We do not keep the details longer than we need for the enquiry.

Email to us is stored in Microsoft 365, which is our data processor for email.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to have it corrected or erased. You can also object to the processing, ask for it to be restricted and get your data in a format you can move.

Get in touch and we will help you. If you are not happy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies

The public pages set no cookies of their own. YouTube, Spotify and the service that hosts an audio file may set their own cookies once you have clicked play. The admin uses cookies for logging in and for your settings.
