When a developer or an agent has finished a change, a pull request is opened. It shows exactly what has changed, the pipeline runs the tests and a reviewer reads the code. Only when everything is approved is the change merged.
The pull request is the gate that lets agents write code without the quality dropping. Tryggve had 97 pull requests in a few months, all of them reviewed before they moved on.
